On June 24, Wu Jiatong, General Manager of Wu Promotion, signed a five-year contract with Clemens Hellsberg, current President of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, and Dieter Flury, General Manager of the orchestra, confirming the exclusive touring partnership between Wu Promotion and the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra from 2017 to 2021. The touring plan covers mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao. According to the agreement, Wu Promotion will organize the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra to have its large-scale tour of China in 2017. Andreas Großbauer and Harald Krumpöck, who will respectively become the President and General Manager of the orchestra in September, also attended the signing ceremony.
