From July 29th to August 4th, the Guangzhou Youth Symphony Orchestra delighted the audiences of three European summer festivals, in France, Czech Republic and Italy under the leadership of music director and conductor Jing Huan. A program combining Western and Oriental repertoire showing the world the infinite possibilities of Chinese young talents in the development of music.

To these young musicians, performing concerts in these historical and famous cities not only enhanced their own connotations, but also allowed them to growth into a unique artistic experience.

The tour started at the Ancient Roman Theater of Lyon which has more than 2,000 years history, to commemorate the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Guangzhou and Lyon. It then continued at the Rudolf Concert Hall, the most prestigious concert hall in the Czech Republic, and ended at Musica Riva Festival in Italy. 
Three magical evenings, that the audiences did not want to come to an end, in which the orchestra was honored as “one of the most outstanding youth orchestras that people have to see".
