So Hard to Say Goodbye to Royal Danish Ballet

It was already eight years ago since Royal Danish Ballet, one of the oldest ballet in the world, visited China the last time.

The China Tour 2016 of Royal Danish Ballet was organized by Wu Promotion and staged in June at National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA) and Shanghai Oriental Art Center. It was already eight years ago since Royal Danish Ballet, one of the oldest ballet in the world, visited China the last time. The program not only included Napoli and La Sylphide – the representative works of “Danish School”, but also George Balanchine’s magnificent ballet Theme and Variations.
