Roles And Responsibilities:
- Take care of correspondence for the General Manager (independently and after the GM’s instruction) in English
- Organize the GM’s business trips, incl. meeting arrangements, flight and hotel bookings
- Draft and layout presentations and texts in English for sponsoring and press
- Translate documents from Chinese to English
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Foreign language, culture or art related subjects
- Excellent English both written and spoken (minimum CET-8 level), second foreign language a plus, oversea study/working experiences preferred;
- Love classic music or other performance art, and have basic knowledge of music and performance

Project Manager (South, Central and North American market), International Tours & Projects Department
Job Description:
Wu Promotion Co., Ltd is looking for a skilled candidate to join its International Tours & Projects Department. Reporting to the Director of International Tours & Projects, the project manager is responsible for selling Chinese productions to foreign markets, especially in South, Central and North America.
Roles And Responsibilities:
Responsible for International Tour & Projects in South, Central and North American markets:
- Business development: maintain existing contacts and seek for potential new partners for new touring projects. Liaise with local promoters and venues;
- Prepare touring schedules and budgets together with the Director;
- Logistics: Contribute to logistic pre-planning for international touring routes: Obtain offers for cargo, local transportation and hotels, and negotiate rates;
- Contracts: Follow-up on agreements to finalize the detailed terms of engagement. Conclude negotiations and bring to signature, under the supervision of the Director;
- Transfer and share agreement conditions and information with the different departments in the company, and assist the tour management with the tour preparations;
- Supervise design work (program brochure, posters and advertisements, tour booklet, etc.) and follow-up with local partners on marketing and promotion of the tours;
- Follow-up with the local partners after each tour (general feed-back, sales, press etc.)
Minimum Requirements:
- Language skills: Native Spanish or English speaker, or Excellent English and Spanish skills (spoken and written). Basic understanding of Chinese language.
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent
- Some sales and/or marketing experience
- 2 years of experience in the performing arts, or in any connected industry
- Knowledge of Office Suite
- Available for eventual business trips, or occasional work on week-ends.
- Willingness to commit for at least 3 years.

Project Manager (programming for dance), the Greater China Tours & Projects
Job Description:
- Wu Promotion Co., Ltd is looking for a skilled candidate to join our Greater China Tours & Projects Department. The project manager is responsible for the company’s programming of international dance companies in China.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the programming of dance companies from the stage of project initiation to the signing of the contract:
- To be responsible for all the communication with Artist until the contract is signed;
- To fix the touring period in coordination with sales team;
- To decide on the production in coordination with sales team;
- To collect all production information including technical details, logistics and promotional materials;
- To prepare a budget in coordination with marketing department, Programming director and GM;
- To negotiate the touring conditions with artist, based on bottom line conditions set by GM and Programming director;
- To negotiate the contract with artist.
- To maintain close business relations with all dance companies Wu Promotion has previously worked, or been in touch with.
- To identify opportunities for projects and to present them to potential new clients.

Job Description:
- Responsibility for International Tour & Projects in Europe, incl. tour coordination and management

- Coordinate between foreign and Chinese partners (concert halls, local promoters, and orchestra)
- Obtain offers from instrument cargo, bus companies and hotels and negotiate prices

Qualifications:
- Language skills: Native German speaker and Excellent English (spoken and written)

GM Assistant/ Project Manager
Assistant tasks:

- At least 2 years experience as GM Assistant or in the similar position;
